National Journal has named Chris Giblin one of “50 Insiders Who Know Fred Upton Best” in its April 18th piece on the House Energy and Commerce Committee chairman.
Giblin brings a diverse set of relationships and expertise on the House Energy and Commerce Committee to Ogilvy Government Relations, including current chairman Fred Upton. Giblin previously served as chief of staff to Representative John Carter (R-TX). Before joining Carter’s staff, Giblin worked for Congressmen Charlie Norwood (R-GA) and Jack Fields (R-TX), both members of the House Energy & Commerce Committee. Since joining Ogilvy Government Relations in 2005, Giblin has represented a range of clients on energy, healthcare, and telecommunications issues before the committee.
