The Hill, a “must read” daily newspaper covering the politics, policies, personalities and events of Washington, has named Ogilvy Government Relations principals Chris Giblin and Moses Mercado in its annual list of “Top Lobbyists.” In compiling its list, The Hill chose only “a select few” who “have proven to clients that they can shape the agenda” in Washington.
