    Principal & Chief Operating Officer


    Rawson Warden brings a broad range of financial and operational management experience to her role at OGR. She is responsible for the organizational planning and aspects of the office including financial oversight, marketing, compliance, strategic planning, personnel and office management.

    Prior to joining OGR, Rawson led the operational startup for Yellowstone Associates, a new consulting firm for former Vice President Dick Cheney and his partners, based in McLean, VA.  She executed all of the startup logistics for the new consulting firm in 2010, including development of a strategic business plan and operational budget, establishment of payroll, benefits and accounting processes.

    Rawson’s previous experience includes Director of Business Operations at Navigators Global, where she oversaw the day to day operations, as well as provided client support for homeland security and communications practice areas. In this capacity, she is experienced in planning and promoting grassroots media campaigns for a Fortune 100 Company to gain support of transportation legislation.

    Rawson began her career in Washington in The White House, Office of the Vice President as Operations Manager. At the White House, Rawson served as the principal assistant for the Deputy Chief of Staff, as a liaison between Office of the Vice President and key White House internal and external offices, include the Office of the Secretary of the Senate, White House Military Office and General Services Administration.

    A native of Columbus, Georgia, Rawson holds a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications from Southern Methodist University and a master’s of business administration from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.
